First Second Generation DMU at Skegness (1986)
Monday 12th May 1986 saw the very first of the Second Generation of Diesel Multiple Units arrive at Skegness when 150104 came in with the 2E67 0735 from Nuneaton. It departed as 2P09 1137 to Grantham. For an unknown reason, it also became the first 2nd Gen unit to use the crossover between platforms 4 and 5.
